At Rove Leather, we are committed to a clear, fair, and straightforward returns process. We craft premium full-grain leather jackets designed to last decades — and if something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. The return window begins on the date of confirmed delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier. Requests submitted after this period will not be approved.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions. Rove Leather reserves the right to decline returns that do not satisfy each requirement.

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition — no signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage of any kind

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and included with the return

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required with every return request

Return request must be submitted within the 14-day window from the date of confirmed delivery

Item must have received prior written approval from our support team before being shipped back

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these four steps carefully. Do not ship any item back until you have received written approval — unapproved returns may be declined and returned to the sender at their cost.

Contact Support

Email us at support@roveleather.com within your 14-day window. Include your full name and order number.

Provide Order Details

Share your order number, the reason for return, and clear photographs of the item — especially if related to a defect or damage.

Await Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Do not ship until written confirmation is received.

Ship the Item

Follow the provided instructions and ship using a trackable, insured courier. Retain your tracking reference until your refund or exchange is confirmed.

Return Shipping

Who covers return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier. Rove Leather is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of both the item and its original packaging.

Our Commitment on Defective Items

Once your case is verified, we will arrange a full replacement or complete refund at no additional cost. Return shipping for all defective or incorrectly-sent items is entirely covered by Rove Leather.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. Contact our support team first — do not send items without approval. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be dispatched promptly with free outbound shipping.

Exchange requests must be submitted within the 14-day return window
Returned item must meet all eligibility criteria listed in Section II
Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the original item was defective
Rove Leather covers all outbound shipping for the replacement item

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. No restocking fee is charged on any approved return. Your refund reflects the full item price, minus any return shipping costs that are the customer's responsibility.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated 10-business-day period, please follow these steps before contacting us.

Check your bank account or payment platform for pending or processing credits — these sometimes appear under a different label before fully posting

Contact your bank or card provider directly — some institutions require additional internal processing time beyond our initiation date

Allow a further 2–3 business days — processing times can occasionally extend due to banking holidays or system queues

If still unresolved, contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate promptly
