Yes — full-grain leather is a natural material and will gradually mould to the shape of your body with regular wear. A jacket that feels slightly firm at first will soften and ease over the first few weeks of use. This break-in process is entirely normal and results in a fit that feels custom-made. Avoid forcing the break-in by over-stretching or getting the jacket soaked.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be initiated within 1–3 business days. Most refunds appear in your account within 3–5 business days of initiation. Some financial institutions may take up to 10 business days in total. No restocking fee is charged on any approved return.

Yes. Exchanges are available for eligible items within the 14-day return window. Contact us at support@roveleather.com with your order number and preferred replacement. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the original item was defective or incorrectly sent. We cover all outbound shipping on the replacement.

Full-grain leather requires minimal but considered care. Never machine wash or tumble dry a leather jacket. For surface dirt, wipe gently with a damp cloth and allow to air dry naturally away from direct heat. Condition the leather every 3–6 months with a quality leather conditioner to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking. Store on a wide, padded hanger — never folded — in a cool, ventilated space away from direct sunlight.

Light rain will not damage a full-grain leather jacket — in fact, the natural oils in the hide offer moderate water resistance. If the jacket gets wet, allow it to dry slowly and naturally at room temperature. Never use a hair dryer or place it near a radiator, as direct heat will cause the leather to crack and dry out. Once fully dry, apply a leather conditioner to restore moisture and suppleness. For extended rain exposure, applying a leather protector spray beforehand is a good precaution.
