Processing & Handling

Standard Orders

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 11:00 AM GMT are processed the same day. Orders after the cut-off are queued for the following business day.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

3–5 Business Days

Made-to-measure and personalised jackets require additional crafting time. You will be notified of your exact timeline once your order is confirmed.

Order Cut-Off

11:00 AM GMT

Monday to Friday only. Weekend dispatch is not guaranteed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are queued for the next available business day.

A shipping notification is sent with your live tracking link the moment your parcel is collected by the carrier.

Track your order in real time from our studio to your door. SMS updates are available where supported by the carrier.

Shipping Guidelines

No P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses. Please provide a full physical delivery address at checkout to avoid any delays.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Rove Leather is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Import Restrictions

Some countries impose restrictions on the import of leather goods. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their country permits importation of our products before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

14 Days

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Processing

10 Business Days

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
